This
course is designed for anyone in the State of Colorado that is looking to get
their Concealed Handgun Permit. This course is instructed by an N.R.A
Certified Instructor♦
and a Certified Colorado Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor. This course meets
the minimum training requirements for the Colorado CCW Handgun Training
Certificate.
The CCW course is 9 hours long and includes the
following:
1.
State Laws Concerning Concealed Carry
2.
Legal Restrictions Of The Use Of Firearms
3. Proper Concealed Carry Methods
4. What To Consider When Carrying
5.
Use Of Force Levels & Laws ("Make My Day", "Citizens Arrest", Etc.)
6. Fundamentals Of Ammunition & Firearms
(Nomenclature, Process, Etc.)
All
Instructors of the Praetorian Services Group Training Division are former
Military Special Forces, Law Enforcement Officers and current Professional
Protection Agents and Bail Recovery Agents. Upon completion of this
course, each student will receive a Certificate of Completion and a Course
Transcript stating the course instruction and scores.
This course does not offer live
fire training as part of the course (
Not a State requirement for your permit, not
required in any county per State Law).
